I know what you mean. I consider the same. Yoga and the tibetan rites keep me fit.For internal strength I'm doing Qigong. Its excellent.Develops internal power and steadily awakens dormant muscles. Gives a different energy buzz. Qigong will break up energy blocks and circulate energy inside the body as well as help you control energy outside of the body. Great for health as well.

Last year (age 27) I realized yoga was all I needed. I don't do any specific strength training anymore as yoga covers it all (depending on what asanas you're doing), and I'm in the best shape of my life. I almost have what I consider the ideal female body. Check out the DVD's by Raviana (Ana Brett & Ravi Singh).
