whole day.. opening 3th eye..

WHOLE FUCKING DAY i try'd to open my 3th eye
effect of it: i got a damn headache in my head, but not on the right
place, this headache is in the middle, little left =.=
and sometimes my head feels like its overloaded and is gonna burts..
this wasn't supposed to be the effect i think.
what am i doing wrong :S

Erm... The process takes 3 or 4 days with a short twenty minute meditation each day, preferably as close to 24 hours as possible. Youre gonna have an aneurism if you try to do it all in one day.

I admire your dedication, but you can't expect to start seeing Demons and
auras after only one day of hard work. The awaking exercises are just the
beginning, a LOT more work is needed to fully open it. I've been consistently
working on my 3rd eye for eight months, and I can see a lot, but it's still not
fully open. Unless you did a shit load of spiritual work in your past life,
chances are its going to take you a long while to fully open it. After you
have completed the awakening exercise for the 3rd eye, move on to these:

The first is for practicing looking through your 3rd eye. On the second one,

It takes more than a day to open it just make sure your holding your hand in the right position (you know its the right position when you feel faint electrical sparks) and maybe your third eye is just a little bit to the left. took me about 3 days to (I think) open it. just keep trying and don't give up.

i know it takes 4 days. only i didn't get the "headache" where the eye shud be or close to it.
and every try i ended with a great headache in this part of my head(see image, if not working click link),
wich sometimes moves to other side.

Yeah, don't do the 3rd eye opening for longer than an hour on one day. Do it 3-4 times with about 24 hours in between. You don't want to overload your head with too much concentration/energy.

From the image you posted, it looks like your crown chakra is getting the
energy. Don't worry about it, the same thing used to happen to me. I would
feel the energy everywhere on my head but where I was suppose to feel it.
It might take another week or more before you can really tap into your 3rd eye.
Also, you can do the awakening exercise for more than 4 days. So if you feel
like you didn't get the exercise down within that period, keep doing it.

Your headache could be your from your pineal gland.
Have you started the 2nd opening? (Opening the Crown Chakra and Awakening the Pineal Gland)

It is possible that by meditating on your third eye you could've awakened your pineal gland.
