Where to go from here..

Hey,

Earlier today after a refreshing shower, I performed my commitment to Satan ritual. This was a couple of hours ago now, and nothing has happened; not that I really expected anything to happen so suddenly, if anything happens at all.

Basically, I understand that I need to work on Power Meditations, but I'm not sure what exactly to do, or if there's anything else I can study, do, etc.

Would somebody please be able to give some basic guidelines as to what to do next? Just in case the information might help, I'm seventeen, male, living with parents, and I have a rather extensive array of candles and incense at my disposal.

Go to the meditation section in the JoS website, joyofsatan.com. From there start in the beginner section and do the foundation meditation, and do the other meditations as you go along, and you feel comfortable moving on.

I'm trying to get the "deep trance" down, but I'm failing miserably. I'm wondering (and this is a question to all), what are the policies when it comes to brainwave entrainment files involving binaural beats or isochronic tones? For somebody who is struggling or is a beginner (like myself), I'm thinking that if I include these separately, perhaps they could help me progress towards the correct brain-wave frequency, or even stimulate things like the chakras.

When i first started to meditate i only focused on deep trances,this ended poorly as i got discouraged and stopped meditation for awhile.Focus on other meditations like the energy foundation,the aura of protection,and void meditation.Usually you'll naturally fall into a trance while meditating just don't think too much about it.
