visualisings! need help!

Hi brothers n' sisters,

I mentioned before that I have problem visualising & now after 2 week Im able to visualize a little bit over my chakras... but it doesn't feel right to me...
Its easier for me just to visualize as a picture infront of me... but I dont feel anything phisically with this method...
if I focus very hard I may be able to visualise a non clear pictur of triangles at the right place & angle in my body & spining is extremely hard but I feel the energy spining in my chakea with this method...
the problem is I still can't get a clear picture in the right place & its very hard for me & it may not work always but it feels right physically....
I just want to know if its going to be okay if I picture it like a normal pic in front of my mind... like looking at a piece of paper... or myself in the miror???

2nd problem is I still cant visualise the miniature sun for chakra cleaning... but I can picture an explosion or like so... is it gonna work the same way?

We all do what works for us, if it feels right, and is working, then definitely do it.

I thought the same thing about chakra spinning. What you need to do is visualize it at the chakra point, and there's only a need to spin either the front, middle or back chakra points for each chakra not all at once, or even all of them period.

It may still be difficult but I think with persistence as I had to, you can do it. Visualizations aren't something that just happen suddenly, it does takes time, it took me time.

As for visualizing the miniature sun, why not try keeping that idea, but making your own version of it? Also, you need to clean each chakra point for each chakra not just the back, or the middle, or just whichever ones you feel like. It make take some time to manage as well. That's not the point, patience is also a key part of meditation. Trust me, once you get it down, or really start to, it'll get fun, really fun. Really, if the miniature sun technique doesn't work for you, either keep the idea, and build from there, or experiment(but don't get nervous, all experiments have their flaws, you learn from them) Until you find what truly works for you
