It is an interesting observation but i kind of doubt it. I dont think there are or were a lot of jews in japan during the 80s; especially for a humble toy company. Boweser and the turtles from super mario brothers are based off a traditional monster called a Kappa. Star Fox is based off the Kitsune, which is a fox who could fly through rings. The legend of Zelda is based off the creator's childhood growing up in kyoto and the villian Ganon is not based off of Satan. Ganon was inspired by Zhu Bajie, which was a pig character from a classical Chinese novel. There is also a dungeon in the shape of a Swastika, which i recall parents had a fit over. The whole Super Mario 2 thing is irrelevant, because it isnt Mario 2. It was a Arabic-esq game that had mario characters put into it, because the actual Mario 2 was considered too hard for Americans. I really dont think asian developed games are very anti satan, or at least they werent intended to be.
