Tibetan Incense

Greetings. I don't see that this has been discussed before.
There's a style of incense called Tibetan incense which I enjoy quite a lot. It has no wood stick on the inside; it's just a stick of dried herbal paste.
It also has very little fragrance to it. It smells very woody and earthy. However, whatever they put in it has a mild psychoactive effect the same way that Frankincense does (you can look into this).
It tends to facilitate trance states in a gentle and healthy way. If you aren't sensitive to smoke and you like to use incense then I recommend trying it out one time.

I've put a picture of one brand called Tara Healing Incense which seems to be a popular variety, and the first one that I ever tried. I still go with this brand since I've acquired a taste for the scent of it. They don't all smell quite exactly the same.

Does anyone else enjoy it?

I've never tried it, but the name of this incense is most certainly connected to the Goddesses; no wonder it's so good. Tara is a Tantric Goddess who is considered a manifestation of Parvati (Lilith), and the Hill of Tara is a sacred hill that was used in Ancient Ireland as the inauguration place or seat of the Irish High King. They said that when they would stand on the magical stone atop the hill, Lia Fáil (which looks exactly like a Shiva Linga), it would make a loud roar of joy, if the king was worthy or chosen by the Gods to rule. Os-tara is also the name of Astarte, so there could be a connection to Astarte as well.

Have you tried Dragons Blood?? If so How Is it by the way?
I have tried it from the brand called "Satya". I wholeheartedly recommend it.

My tara incense arrived, and I immediately lit it. The fragrance is not quite what I am used to as an avid Satya brand user, but I like it nevertheless.

I have not tried it yet but I might check it out. I love essential oils and incense. I noticed things like Paleo Santos sage and rose oils actually helps me cleanse my area and the real Paleo Santos and sage too. I recommend them if you have xtians ever come over or live with one and I love the scents. Thank you for bringing this up.

Is Satya the brand in the blue box with red letters, that the one so called "Sai Baba" sold as his brand?
I've avoided it ever since I learned he was a nonce and conman that fleeced followers without having any advancement to offer.
It does smell good.

That kind of incense is called Indian incense. HEM is a very good brand of Indian incense. They have their own Nag Champa which smells different than Satya's, and then another scent called "Church Incense" which smells closer to Satya's Nag Champa.

Tibetan incense is more of a meditative inhalant and not so much about fragrance in the way Indian incense is. Have you noticed it helping with trance or void meditation?

https://satyaincense.com/ I had a quick search, and it seems that the person you referred to has endorsed their Nag Champa incense, but they are not part of the company itself.

I have not experimented enough to give feedback on your question.

I wasn't sure what the deal is since they put his name on the box.

Glad you enjoy the Tara incense. There's all kinds of Tibetan incense to try.
This is another one I used one time and I remember it smelling similar to Tara.

I remember seeing his face on the box years and years ago, but that has since changed.

I tried tara incense another time, and I am now sure that when it was mentioned that these support meditative states, it is true.

One thing I wanted to ask everyone... Do you all and SS members buy all kinds of incense? I mean what I am asking is that we summon a particular god (Demon/Ness) there its specified with a specific incense for each god. What do you all do about that??? I use any incense whichever smells good :)
