I would use IS - HAGL combo. Actually I already once did. Vibrated together is-hagl, counts for one and you do it for 99 repetitions. IS is #11 of the futhark runes and hagl is #9 so the common denominator is 99 here. What I have understood from reading is that thurisaz is harder to direct for black magic purposes.

I've also had multiple successes with this combo, I usually add Naudh and use 108 as it ties into Saturn.
