these dreams

[krazymuthauka]

I keep having dreams that I'm fighting aliens and werewolves and I concioussly make the decsion to fight back (insteadof changin the dream) and feel it physically. could this be a God astrally training me, could this be the enemy attacking? Sometmes I'm killing them with blows and sometimes I use my chakras to "fry" theirs. Can anyone explain this?

Power meditation and exercise by far the best thing for it. Depression I have much experience with... I was drugged up on anti depressants for years, still stuck on paroxitine it is very hard to get off because of the side effects but the power meditation, trance work etc all help me. Depression I believe is a symptom of your energies being very low, when you raise your energy or vibration depression stops being a problem. I have had bad bouts of it this week and doing the meditations helped. There is no fast fix, if you have issues that you need to work through, or bad diet low energy etc... you need to address it. Depression is a massive problem in society and getting worse... people are so busy trying to keep themselves above water so to speak and make a living, pay bills and survive noone is having much fun. People are tired, sick, stressed. Becoming conciously aware of WHY and who is behind all this and comming to Satan then you learn how to fight back and rise out of it.
I know first hand it isn't easy.
