Greetings Brothers and Sister in the God's!

This is something I've thought about for a very long time and not just that, even more, and I've always wanted to bring it to life someday, but I've kept being overwhelmed by thoughts since I'm mostly referring to how one could translate something so complicated into language and in a way that everyone can understand.

Everyone is ready to receive more knowledge but this has been one of my main fates of being here at this time and I have been chosen to make it happen and this is I am doing now.
[I'm not saying this to gain or attract any kind of importance from anyone — me, personally, I have nothing to gain, at least for now. In itself, I am and it is a blessing that this topic is now coming to the surface.]

I'm going to use a translation program that translates everything for me, letter by letter and word by word, keeping my expressions and the way I communicate in order to make everything understandable. I also don't want to talk too much and bore people away from the meaning — that was one of the things that was on my mind honestly, and why I haven't gotten to this topic/project yet.

Before starting, I’m going to break it down into several parts and I’ll try to arrange, highlight, and show as best as I can to everyone what this is all about and how it works.
In this topic, we’re mainly going to talk about dreams — anyone is welcome to ask questions at any time and so on. I’ll make multiple parts, I’ll see how I manage to make everything wonderful, but mainly what I want to be understood is that this topic itself is dedicated to Dreams, and its role is to show you how they work, what they are, how you can control them, what happens if you do, and so on.
This is much more IMPORTANT than people realize, and I will explain why.

It’s going to seem at the beginning, or throughout the course of the topic, that I’m talking without “sense” or without a certain direction, since people expect exact practice in order to execute it and somehow succeed — without understanding the theory behind things. And this is actually the most crucial and important thing: for this part to be understood.
So, going back, as I was saying, this topic itself will most likely have multiple posts regarding the entire subject of “dreams,” and others can bring any kind of opinions and improvements and so on. My final plan is to teach everyone about dreams [practically].
The thing is that we spend almost half of our lives sleeping, a state where consciousness ‘withdraws’ and everything no longer has “meaning” or is simply explained and translated by the rest as ‘something pointless and unimportant.’ The subject itself about Dreams is completely banished and abandoned — no one wants to learn about them. People are very brainwashed and hypnotized, and unfortunately deep inside in a world of hostile illusion about life itself. Once you dive into this topic and knowledge, your perception about life, reality, and so on will change enormously.

I’m going to break down ‘Dreams,’ today’s subject, into multiple parts because I don’t want to jump from one idea to another. So I plan to explain about dreams from multiple points of view, not just practical [how to get lucid dreams]. I want to do more than that, and I will.
They will be translated into several branches: Mythological, Philosophical, Psychological, Biological [in terms of how it works biochemically and so on]. Everything makes sense and needs to be taken into consideration, and that way you can also become a master yourselves, since everything requires time and constant practice — just like how you train your physical body at the gym.
I wish to first address this mythological story before I actual start with the actual practice[information on 'HOW TO'] on the actual subject.

The Border Between Sleep and Death: The Tale of the Land of Dreams---------

In Greek mythology, the Land of Dreams (also called the Oneiroi’s realm) is a mystical and shadowy place located just beyond the great ocean, at the very edge of the Underworld — the realm of the dead ruled by Hades and Persephone. It is a realm where the boundary between reality and illusion blurs, and where the spirits of dreams take form.

The Oneiroi are divine beings who govern dreams. Among them, Morpheus is the most famous—he has the power to shape dreams into human forms, appearing in the visions of mortals to deliver messages or omens from the gods. His brothers Phobetor and Phantasos craft dreams involving animals, monsters, and surreal landscapes, weaving the fabric of sleep into vivid stories.

The Land of Dreams lies beyond the physical world’s horizon, beyond the ocean that encircles the earth. To enter this realm, souls and dream spirits must cross waters like the river Oceanus, which acts as a boundary between waking life and the hidden world beneath. Nearby lie the Fields of Asphodel, where ordinary souls wander after death, and the rivers of the Underworld — including Styx, Lethe, and Acheron — which mark the transitions between life, death, and oblivion.

Nyx, the primordial goddess of Night, is said to dwell in the shadows of this realm, mother to Hypnos (Sleep) and Thanatos (Death), making her the source of the mysterious forces that govern the night, sleep, and dreams. Though Hades and Persephone rule the Underworld, it is through the Oneiroi that the gods influence the sleeping minds of mortals, delivering divine visions or warnings wrapped in the enigma of dreams.

Dreams, in ancient Greek belief, were not mere figments of imagination but messages from the divine — a bridge between the mortal world and the gods, prophecy, or even a glimpse into the afterlife. The Land of Dreams, therefore, was both a sacred and mysterious place where the divine intersected with human consciousness.

Land of dreams

tiny_rectangle_large.jpeg

Land of dreams, dream realm, dream world, dreamscape, etc. These are all imaginative ways of referring to the images we see when asleep. From ancient times, dreams have been a source of mystery and magic. They have been considered as prophetic. Their occurrence has been ascribed to gods or spirits. Cultures world-wide have myths and legends about the land of dreams. Dreams are a popular topic in fiction.

Greek mythology contains a whole pantheon of dream gods, called the Oneiroi. Most well-known of these would be Morpheus, god of sleep, who shapes and forms dreams, and could appear in the in any form. His brother, Phobetor, is the god of nightmares, and he in turn fathers nightmares that spread throughout the world.

If you have ever experienced the sleep disorder known as sleep paralysis, you will know how unpleasant it can be. Germanic folklore attributes this, as well as nightmares in general, to an evil spirit called a mara, who sits on the chests of sleepers, constricting breathing and creating bad dreams. This is the origin of the word nightmare. Sleep paralysis has been described in folklore as being ‘hag-ridden’, also referencing an entity causing the sleeper’s difficulties. Many cultures have their own version.

Hindu faith states that Vishnu dreams the universe into being. The idea is that, if he wakes, the cycle of creation ends.

Many cultures believe that dreams can tell the future. There has been many instances of prophetic dreaming, often requiring a divinely inspired interpreter of dreams to explain the meaning. Norse mythology, while accepting that many dreams are nonsense, believed that all events are directed by fate, so dreams could be able to foretell the future.

Writers have been using dreams in their work in a variety of ways over the centuries. It has been a popular way to take the protagonist into a fantasy world. Medieval literature often used this idea.

Films and television have certainly made extensive use of dreams. The film “Inception” postulates technology that can allow the infiltration of dreams to uncover information from the dreamer. There are dreams within dreams, leading to a blurring between dream and reality. “Life on Mars” is a tv series where the protagonist, after being in a car accident, appears to have travelled in time. Is this true or is he dreaming while in a coma?

Human beings have been attempting to make sense of dreams since the dawn of time. So where do we go when we sleep? Are our dreams just random nonsense, or can they have meaning? (They are certainly valuable tools to tell a story.) Dreams can sometimes be a valuable way of finding out what your subconscious might be trying to tell you and much more.

One great example on the subject would be Nikola Tesla as well , one of his quote " My method is different. I do not rush into actual work. When I get an idea, I start at once building it up in my imagination... I change the construction, make improvements, and operate the device entirely in my mind. " - Tesla in My Inventions: The Autobiography of Nikola Tesla" Published on Electrical Experimenter Magazine, 1919.

Nikola Tesla didn't just believe in dreams — he lived through them.
He often claimed that his greatest inventions weren’t the result of calculation, but of sudden visions — vivid, electric flashes of insight that came to him uninvited. Tesla spoke of ideas arriving fully formed in his mind, as if whispered by a higher force. He saw machines operating before they were ever drawn, and solutions unfolding not on paper, but in a space between thought and dream.

For now , this it it , I will come back with the actual practice and more understanding on the subject , I am truly looking forward for other's people opinion and views on this and I wish it will stay on the post for aenos to come and to well to many great souls , be blessed and see you soon everyone , have wonderful dreams!

Thank you for the beginning of your most wonderful project Brother, dreams have always fascinated me and i have also achieved lucidity in them a few times in a row in the past. I have heard we can do so much from being lucid in our dreams. I look forward to the rest of the parts of this gift of information you are sharing with us all. May you be blessed by the Gods.

Thank you for posting this. Dreams have always fascinated me. I would love to read more.

As it so happens, you posted this on the morning that I had a very significant and emotional dream.

I'm curious: if you dream about doing something with someone, do you think that someone is also dreaming about doing that something with you? Like, as a shared dream. I've always wondered about that...
