Summer Solstice

This month is the summer solstice i thought i would share some of my recipes for magickal incense/powders i credted them for the summer solstice if you make them for incense use 1 oz of herbs is you use them for powders use 1 tbsp they should be made during the day and hour of the sun or on the summer solstice

Workings that deal with solar magick are greatly enhanced at this time.
Workings on both the heart and solar plexus chakra are greatly enhanced at this time
Communications with astral entities such as elementals: fairies, gnomes, etc., are greatly enhanced at this time
As with Halloween, the astral is very thin and communications with Demons is much easier
Fire magick is greatly facilitated
The eve of the Summer Solstice has a very long tradition for being a night where divination is much easier and more accurate.
Love magick spells are also greatly enhanced on the eve of the Summer Solstice.
This is also an excellent and powerful time for infusing herbs, crystals and other items with solar energy
This date is also favored for beginning healing work, as the sun is the esoteric healer.

Creating and blesssing of wands[fire], blessing of the Tarot cards
Rune spells and Rune work are also favored at this time as Runes are staves and of the element of fire

It's interesting to know that I already have some of those ingredents espeically the cloves! For the Summer Solstice I always take a blood orange and stick cloves in it and hang it above my door for the summer season.

I'm not going to get into too many details here but today someone shot me down. Let's just say I made some artwork that took me at least 12+ hours to do and after I posted them on a website people mocked me and said stuff like that I'm a "troll" and didn't put any effort into it.   Anyone who's ever taken a long time to build something only to have it mocked knows what pain I'm going through.   Does anyone have any advice, suggestions, on what I can do to get payback?     --   Giving me pain only makes me stronger.   A virgin princess    __/s\_/v\_/s\__ |/wtuuutw\|[/TD]

I wouldn't get so upset over something like this. There will always be people that will try to shoot you down like that, especially on the internet. Of course it's nice to get positive feedback.

Personally I wouldn't get revenge on them. It's not worth the effort really. The internet is filled with trolls and immature brats. They will always be there.

I wouldn't bother get upset with anyone who has to take the time to critisize someone over the internet, this is where insecure kids come to bitch, because they'd never do it in real life, those are the kinds of kids who have been shot down, so the internet provides them with a way of feeling secure, and they have to shoot other people down to make them feel better about their own shitty lives.

If you made something concerning Satan or the Gods, it's always going to fall under some sort of critisim, you have to learn how to not let it effect you, try to understand why they feel that way, like get into their head alittle bit,but don't assume anything, just base your remark on the exact words they wrote, don't get down on them for spelling or anything, kids who do that are usually the weakest, and have nothing else to actualy critisize you on.

Secondly, even if lets say someone beat you up or did something top spite you, you should stand up for yourself. When something bad happens we don't go running to anyone for help, we're all fully capable of handling our own. This life is about self-empowerment, not depending on everyone else to come through for you.
