spiritual warfare program

i have probably asked this question before.
But as a totaly "newborn" satanist, i have been practicing
foundation meditation, trance and void. mostly foundation meditation, wanna get the feel of energy, starting too feel a warm tingeling, but not so strong, but it is there :-D
but i have not made my own meditation program. So i'm wondering, is the spiritual warefare program a good place to start power meditation for someone who is new? like use it as a newbie program for learning and evolving my powers? or is the spiritual warefare program just traning for becomeing a soldier?

like both in the same time? how much time should i use on meditation? cause i'm at work now, where u work 6 hours then you're off for 6 hours where you sleep shower and eat. and thoose 6 hours of sleep is precious and i'm going to be here for 14 more days. So it will be kind of hard to follow a program since you only have a limited time.
But i won't give up or lose faith. i'll start with the spiritual warefare program and start opening the chakras when i come back home only thing is, i'm haveing a little trouble with the vizualizing part and i know that it's importent when opening chakras.

you can imagine too to find another job, with "normal" hours of work and ask Father's help for that !and better paid, why not ? everything is possible.If you are really determined to stay in satanism and grow up the more you can, you will be help.and don't say "lose faith". But when i ask father for something like that, how do i do it? in a ritual or like a prayer? or just talking to him like i'm talking to another person standing right infront of me? (sorry for all this stupid questions) i'm just new, and there is alot of things to take in. reading on the JoS page and the 12th planet.

For life in general   Do what you can when, you know your time schedule the best. Try and aim for the hour of power within the day to do a daily energy center meditation on this can include breath, mantra, visulation, feeling focus, banda, and mundra along with specific physical hatha exercises for the area or the the whole system.   Within that you have included quite a full design.   For the specific answer   you can do breathe exercises to help energize the system and clam the mind, even just focusing on your job on the clock is meditation. Mantra's can also be vibrated mentally and are powerful in so. Visulation and feeling focus and be done anytime.etc   So in that you can use your entire waking hours for meditation if you chose.

Yes, you can ask help to Father explaining Him very well WHY you want another job and the possibilities for you to have more time for your spiritual path. If I was you, so to speak, i would do this ritual for beltane (30 april), as it is a great night and very important for the Gods and us.You do a normal ritual, yes, a standard one but the night of Beltane.
