The most common thing I've read that our brothers and sisters do with their excess energy is to give it ti Father and the Gods in tribute. From what I understand, if it is not used, it can cause emotional problems (depression, anxiety, rage, etc.) It can also cause physical pains. Hope this helps. Hail Satan!
