Something interesting that happened at work today

[First L]

I work overnights alone and I've been having troubles with meditations. So, tonight I was gonna do meditations NO MATTER WHAT. Didn't work out that well. I ended just breathing in the energy from the recent rain at my computer while listening to Wagner.

As I was doing this, I get this sudden urge to draw. Open sketchbook. Grab pencil. Stare at blank page... My hand gets this sudden half numb half indescribable energy feeling. I can only describe it as if my hand was made of light. Not very good but the closest I can think of. I close my eyes and this shape appears. So I opened them and put the pencil to paper. Within the first few lines, I knew this was a God helping me draw. Few more lines, and I found out it was Lady Hagenti (Lady Bastet).

I couldn't believe it at first but the way it was drawn and the feeling I got left no doubt. And it was one of the coolest experiences I've ever had!! She would step back before a call came in and come back when I had finished delivering it! And I was listening to music while drawing. And she asked for me to change it to something me Egyptian. The only thing I had close was Garden by Cut Chemist. When I put it on, I was filled with energy and started drawing faster!!

Wow! What a great experience! So maybe, when summoning an Egyptian God/dess, we could play Egyptian music for them? I know most, if not all were Egyptian, so that might be a nice touch to summonings. Just a thought.
