Sex Energy Re-calibration Meditation

This is very powerful and will help to empower your upper chakras, as well as help to open the pathways between the chakras and the chakra pairs (Base-Crown, etc). Make sure to clean your chakras on a regular basis.

You can do this meditation daily, or weekly, or whenever you feel the need for it. This meditation will regulate your drive, countering both over- and under-active sex drives, achieving a healthy balance.

Go through these instructions slowly step-by-step until you can do it in a flow. Don’t worry if you can’t get it right away. Practice slowly until you can go at a good pace while tuned in to the mediation. Steps 5-8 are more complicated but you can learn it.

This is best done after you do kundalini yoga, or hatha, or any basic conditioning for your physical body (stretching and jogging or swimming, for example). You might feel more sensitive to sounds and movement after this, so prepare accordingly.

The chanting in this is like a fairly quick vibration, not drawn out, which is why I wrote “chant” so there is no confusion for those of you who tend to rush through instructions. You should not feel dizzy at all; if you do, you are breathing too slowly or are breathing chaotically.

This meditation requires very strong pelvic and abdominal muscles. If yours are not strong, don’t worry, practice this meditation and they will strengthen. Kundalini yoga develops extremely strong core muscles.


Sit in easy pose or cross-legged; sit on a chair if these are not possible for you. Bend your arms, elbow at your sides, palms facing forward, hands in Gyan mudra (index fingers touching thumbs, other fingers up normally not bent). Keep your back straight, good posture, don’t tense your shoulders.

Keep your breathing natural and easy as you focus on the meditation.

If the mantras are too complex for you, just do “Sat Nam” for each step, 1-8.

1. Activate your pelvic floor* as you chant “Wahe Guru” (wah-hey, or the original version vah-hee),

2. Engage your sex organs as you chant “Sat Nam”,

3. Draw in your navel as you chant “Hari Hari” (ha-ree),

4. Pull your diaphragm up, in and towards your ribs, as you chant “Ram Ram”.

Now, the reverse with an add-on:

5. Relax your diaphragm as you chant “Wahay Guru” and focus the energy from there into your Heart/Center chakra for a moment,

6. Relax your navel as you chant “Sat Nam” and focus the energy from there into your Throat chakra for a moment,

7. Relax your sex organs as you chant “Hari Hari” and focus the energy from there into your 6th chakra for a moment,

8. Relax your pelvic floor as you chant “Ram Ram” and focus the energy from there into your Crown chakra for a moment.

Do the above for 2-10 rounds.

After, you can sit relaxed, or lie down in corpse pose, and focus on your chakras. You will probably feel a pressure in the upper chakras including Heart, and you should feel rejuvenated in your torso and lower chakras.

*To activate your pelvic floor, do the movement similar to stopping urination.


For sex obsession, over-masturbation, inappropriate life debilitating drive, etc:

Here is a very simple add-on to the above, to be done before and/or after, or any other time, from Lady Maat.

This meditation will properly distribute your sex energy, instead of it dwelling in your sex organs and Sacral chakra. Our sexual energy is supposed to flow throughout our entire being, and rejuvenate us. When it remains stuck in the sex organs and Sacral chakra, sex obsession can manifest, as well as overall stagnation and the complications that arise with it.

When you feel sexually aroused, put your awareness to where the energy is, in your genitals and Base and Sacral chakra areas. Now bring this energy upwards through your torso, and use your will and intent to distribute it through your entire body. Through your chakras, your physical body, your soul, everywhere, evenly. Take as much time as feels right, it can be done quite quickly.

In the reverse order, I find myself dropping all that holds when I release my diaphragm, despite being conscious of the mistake. I am hoping with practice Ill stop doing this.

Either way, i did 5 rounds poorly and still felt a lot of pressure (around 6th) and heat (lower chakras).

Try making sure you are sitting up straight, to allow the lower section of your torso to still be engaged while relaxing the diaphragm. Your chest should feel strong, not collapsed.

Thanks for asking this so I can give extra clarification for other members too:

Correct, only relax the diaphragm, keep the rest contracted - Step 5

Then relax the navel as well, keeping the sex organs and pelvic floor contracted with step 6

Then relax the sex organs, keeping the pelvic floor contracted with step 7

Then all will be relaxed with step 8.
 
This meditation will increase sexual stamina for men, and increase sexual satisfaction for women. It will also help prevent incontinence in old age.
 
I just finished two rounds, and oh yes i can feel my middle and upper chakras burning and illuminated in a bright golden color. I am very curious to see what results I will achieve in long term.

From here I can spot the problems that lead to it but thats besides the point at the moment.



Thus I am looking forward to trying out the whole meditations you provided. Just reading the instructions for these meditations I can feel a "positive feeling" about them.

Thank you HPS. What do you mean by "engage your sex organs"? I'm not aware of any way to "engage" the genitals beyond manipulation of the pelvic floor, which was step one.

Those who have practiced Pilates and Kundalini Yoga have a greater understanding of this. Try focusing only on your pelvic floor, and not engage the sex organs. Then practice activating the sex organs which does require activation of the pelvic floor, you can't activate sex organs without activating pelvic floor, which is why step 2 is done after step 1.

Practice step 1 then step 2, the reversing back to only step 1, then relax the pelvic floor.

Try making sure you are sitting up straight, to allow the lower section of your torso to still be engaged while relaxing the diaphragm. Your chest should feel strong, not collapsed.

Correct, only relax the diaphragm, keep the rest contracted - Step 5

Then relax the navel as well, keeping the sex organs and pelvic floor contracted with step 6

Then relax the sex organs, keeping the pelvic floor contracted with step 7

Then all will be relaxed with step 8.

Thank you. Some of these images do not show the correct locations. Pelvic floor is not the entire pubic area, you'd need an anatomy illustration to properly show it, not someone wearing clothes.

The diaphragm area is unclear, it would be better to have an anatomy picture showing the anatomy of the torso, of the muscles, bones, and organs.

This looks much better :)

The diaphragm should be lower down though, closer to her elbow.

For the last image, it should say "do 2-10 rounds", not 8-10. 8 would be too much for some members, one member wrote 2 rounds was a lot.
 
By pure chance I have been doing some work in this area a little while ago myself, I did tackle it in a somewhat different way though but the results were astounding. Maybe this is not the right place for it but I do want to shortly share what I did, some thing are quite similar to what you have described here HPS Lydia.

What I did was a short session of stimulation, using the pelvic floor & heightened senses to feel & focus on the pleasure. While focusing on this pleasurable energy I would activate the male essence (very powerful energy!) to invoke the almost animalistic drive to reproduce, Any visualization done in this state was never of me having actual sex but more of a playful tease with the promise of going further but never actually going any further, this helps in further provoking the male essence. After a couple of minutes of this I climaxed, the energy was extremely intense. I took this energy and moved it up through my chakra's until finally arriving at the 8th main chakra blowing it up like a balloon brimming with the most amazing light, shortly after, the light would flow out of the 8th chakra flowing throughout the entirety of my body. Before coming back the the base chakra & sexual organ.

The above was extremely intense, I would recommend anyone to try it. I feel like the meditation / working HPS Lydia just shared would work great with what I just described above, I wanted to share this for anyone that might have any use for this.

I found that the energy after completing the above is very potent to use in any working, especially when it is of positive nature to you. going into a light trance during this can further help in guiding & programming the energies, its important to stay in the after glow of the climax while doing this.
