Hello.
(this message will be a bit long, but please help me if you can)
So, I've been having a small problem with Hatha Yoga and decided to ask a "gym teacher" about it, who's also been doing yoga. This woman has even travelled to India and learned yoga... but I never felt anything 'special' from her (high bioelectricity or anything at all) so chances are, the teachings she's learnt are corrupted. She's not a Spiritual Satanist and I will not ever mention anything about our Religion to her.
Now, to the point.The problem I've been having is with the Cobra stretch posture. I have noticed that when I do not work out my legs at all (if I don't go to the gym or go for a long walk) when I do this posture I can feel the energy flowing down my legs but with greaaaat pain... I can feel it, as if it's being somehow blocked in my thighs and it slowly (and kind of thick?) it finally passes through (when the pain is gone) and then it actually feels really nice.
Anyway, this used to happen in the past a lot. So I started working out, going to the gym etc.HOWEVER, there are 2 days in a week that I can *not* go to the gym. I don't have enough time so I can't work out in those two days. And my legs just... they hurt so much when I do the Cobra stretch in those two days! It's unbelievable, it really pisses me off! :/
So, I've been starting to think that maybe the working out isn't all there is to it...?
Anyway, so I decided to ask this gym teacher... She... Well, she told me to attend her own yoga sessions if I want to and that she could privately see what I may be doing wrong. She's a friend of my father's, so her help will be for free (she actually wants to help) but I'm soooo fucking sceptical.
I am... in general, I do not trust people when it comes to spirituality, meditations and the like. The reason is quite obvious, right? There has been so much corruption...
This gym teacher does/teaches Satyananda Yoga. So, what is this? I searched on youtube and found this silly video: Beginners Yoga Class Satyananda Style with Dr Nalini Sahay which I didn't even bother to watch all. The stupid "ooooohmmmm" oh man. -_-
Anyway, I am breathing energy daily obviously, I'm doing quality meditations everyday so I don't want to just lie down and think of breathing energy. I like Hatha Yoga because I can feel my bioelectricity increasing, stretching my body as well but what in the world is my problem with the Cobra stretch position??
And also, the gym teacher suggested me the Sun Salute Yoga. I remember it being mentioned here before as well but can someone direct me to VALID information about it? The correct poses without the enemy corruption? She also suggested that maybe I should work on my joints before doing yoga... how to do that now?
And should I actually attend the gym teacher's Satyananda Yoga session? I am so stressed out about it, I don't know what to do. :/
