I wouldn't advise you to drink coffee, but if it has such a deep impact on your life to drop it, then I would stick with it. Especially because we need every single person we can get when it comes to RTR's.However, I have to add that you should try to open (or empower, if you already have opened) your crown chakra. This is extremely effective when getting rid of addictions. A third way to "solve" your problem could be, if you REALLY need to drink coffee in order to be effective and motivated, to do so but with a little addition to it:You make conditions for yourself when drinking coffe. An example for this would be... "for every cup of coffee i drink, I have to do X-Minutes of Meditation or X-RTR's and drink X-Liters of Water"Just a suggestion, lol. The thing with the water is because if you drink lots of water, the bad impact of the coffee should at least be lowered.
I hope I could help you.

I quit drinking coffee a nearly 2 months ago. Lost focus, feel spaced out, don't care to do much, meditating little, dropped from doing 12 or 18 rtr reps down to 1. It's not getting better. I'd like to stay off the caffeine, but is there a good reason to? I came to think that caffeine was bad, preventing astral awareness like. Something about calcifying the pineal gland, is this true?
I hope I could help you.
