How important is it to actually breath in corresponding to absorbing/drawing energy? I mean, I could understand that initially for beginners... but is it really that important for me to do it if I can very easily visualize myself absorbing energy and feel it without needing to time it with the breath?

If I am missing something please fill me in.

Hail Satan!

Because.......

1. It entrains your drawing in of energy to breathing. You breathe all the time.

2. Oxygen/carbon are the building blocks to life and directly relates to "666" which is the number for the Sun. Since this is so, cycling these natural elements only makes sense to increase or decrease ones physical nature.

3. When you breathe, you cycle the oxygen.

Experiment... hold your breathe and you may notice a change in your energy level nearing your limit.

I understand that much... I'mnot talking about not breathing completely...LOL... I mean like, why do I need to synchronize my breaths with my energy drawing if I can draw energy from places like the Sun just by willing it and visualizing it while at the same time feeling it?

Is it necessary to synchronize my energy drawing with my breaths, is the question I should be asking.

There is a section on the JoS website I believe (unless I read this in an email)
where Maxine would talk about building the aura and drawing in solar energy, and
then after awhile all she would have to do is breathe. When you repeat
something enough, you condition yourself to act, react and just generally live
that way. Trained behaviours. They say it takes at least 30 days to make a
habit.... but thats just initially.

The visualization is just the mental part and takes manual effort and time to
do. If you do it enough with "natural" breathing, then it will become a
subconscious program that is activated whenever you breathe. Note my usual use
of the word subconscious... because programming your aura is the same thing if
not related. It all goes hand in hand. So the cake does go to the person who
does do their work... because then their work becomes 1st/2nd nature like
breathing.

Oh I see what your saying.... you're saying like so it happens automatically? I mean... I don't think it would happen automatically... I just think it would happen with great ease. I feel an automatic behavior would take much more....time to instill into your behavior.. but then again I'm not entirely sure.

This is called "conditioning." The famous guy named Pavlov who demonstrated
training dogs to respond to certain cues. You can do the same thing. You
condition your drawing in of energy to begin and respond to your breathing
cycle. Since you breathe all the time, its automatic. It can take you a short
time (doing meditation for awhile) or a very long time. That is up to what sort
of person you are and how you respond to hypnotic techniques. Since its just
you doing it, it will take persistence and work.

Once you are advanced enough you do not have to synchronize it with your breath. There is actually a meditation for this. Its called Drawing in Energy and its under the advanced meditations on the jos website.

Hmm very true... it's like I could increases the amount of energy I get from breathing automatically... though I feel I might need to do a bunch of positive self-affirmations to help automate this behavior more quickly.

I realize that.. I am already at that level. I am able to willfully move energy, feel it anywhere I direct it and absorb it at will. I have no need to sychronize it with my breath to absorb it... I was only wondering if the syncing with breath provides an extra benefit..... as Angelo stated it conditions your mind to absorb automatically with each breath, which is understandable.

i dont think u have to use ur breathe every time u want to manipulate energy,i can use my will but it seem i able to do it without a trance but the enrgy isnt as powerful as i usually feel?i been doing the breath around 3 years or so i think it the reason i can manipulate energy even when im awake.

Drawing in Energy

Once you are advanced, you no longer have to actually breathe in energy; you can just direct it with your will, using your mind.(in other word just ur will not the breath,it no longer necessary) The easiest way to start out is by willing energy through the front of your body as you would by breathing with the energy meditation. The following meditations are excellent for training yourself to absorb energy using only your mind. Just focus and follow the meditation, but 'do not include the breathing in to draw in the energy.' Just enter into a trance, breathe normally and be relaxed:

Other reasons YOU SHOULD breathe ... =) Breathe is a source of life so the
body can function optimally. when your body doesn't get oxygen, it cannot
function as well... and without its supply of air it won't function at all.
Without a functioning body, it stifles your ability to use any abilities....
Soooo.... you take care of your body to use abilities like accumulating energy.
If you haven't noticed... there's so many toxic things in this world, so much
stress, so much negativity. Alot of it is engineered to keep a person
psychically functioning at a lower level or not optimally.... So breathing is
good.. and my original explaination on conditioning still applies.

There are multiple reasons. Another reason is when you are used to using your
inner power and use an outer tool, the outer ritual tool amplifies things for
you because it acts like an enforcer. I don't really use physical ritual tools,
but any external tool or action aids in this. So when you breathe, you may find
it amplifies your efforts, aside from the health benefits which allow you to
function.
