I know it's a weird question but is their any Rune related to dreams I had issues at work which made me have to work alot but I noticed after I couldn't dream at night is their any runes I could use to help me dream at night again

You can try just an affirmation as you fall asleep at night. Indigo energy (or silver if you are experienced with colors).

Btw, a lot of people who can't dream, it's because they smoke weed. Not sure if that could be the case for you, but I'm just mentioning it.
