This takes time and a lot of study ( whatever you want to know ). You can do intelligence work, program your aura.

Increase your ability to perceive and conceive through doing a Working on these aspects. Do a Mercury, use runes of intellect, kundalini energy also usually helps with knowing all and giving sparks of intellect. The pineal Gland and higher Chakras also deal with these aspect of the Soul.
