Should I take vitamins like calcium from first month?

It’s been only 2.5 months now and I’ve been prescribed foci acid only and said I’ll be given vitamins after 3 months. Why?

But you should research and select a formulation that is designed for pregnant women. I would stick to your doctors reccomendations if you want additional vitamins targets foods that contain high levels of them, vitamins in the early stages of pregnancy can result in unexpected often bad results, furthermore many supplements are highly adulterated and impure, you dont want to accidently poison your baby by eating some dodgy supplment.
