Hi HPS Lydia.Im sorry for asking you directly but Its so embarrassing and I have no choice.
HPS I bleed like 7 days a month and the blood keeps coming out but I cant use a tampon or a cup since Im virgin.I use Pads.

I feel really worried because the blood keeps coming out and for a God it is easy to be able to smell the running blood so I dont do any ritual or meditation or anything spiritual in this 7 days.Even if I take a shower everyday the blood keeps coming out.

I feel really sad because I love to participate in rituals and do my meditations and be connected to Gods but I think it might be wrong to do them during my period time.

Most store-bought pads have chemicals in them which make a bad smell when the blood is in them. Look into washable reusable pads made of flannel or other materials, there are many affordable options online with washing instructions. If those are not an option, try to get 100% cotton pads that write they are free from chemicals, but those might be more expensive. The chemicals are also bad for our health and can cause fertility problems and also make periods longer and more problematic, so it is best to avoid them anyway.

Regardless, you can still do rituals and meditation during this time, the Gods will ignore any bad smell. It's really not a big deal as this is something common. Also, the Gods aren't near you when you meditate, only when you summon them or if they decide to visit.

Women are actually more powerful spiritually when we are menstruating, so you should definitely continue with rituals and meditations during this time

Menstruation is a natural thing that every healthy woman has. You can perform rituals or meditate at that time. The only thing you may want to avoid is inverted yoga asanas, but some women have no problem with that.

The hymen prevents a tampon from entering, unless the tampon is forcefully jammed in to break the hymen.

However, not all women had a hymen, and for many women it's only a small amount of tissue so it wouldn't be an issue. I had a friend in high school who could wear tampons despite being a virgin.

As well, some women who have never had sex think it would be weird to feel a tampon inside.
