I figured out how to vibrate V, A and O.

But how should I vibrate the H here?

Like the H in HAUM, at the back of the throat, or like the H in Elhaz, as if exhaling?

You don't vibrate the h. It's just as it if was vu va vo.

As Aquarius replied. It was written American style, so the H's are there to show how the previous letters are to be pronounced. If it were "va" then people would think it might be like "vay" instead of "vah".
