which is the exact time or day to start any god rituals ..should i start during waning or waxing moon??and again in the god rituals is it ok to vibrate just 3-5 times instead of 10 when u have very less time .Is that effective to do lesser reps

You can start at any time. Less ripetitions is fine, if you don't have time, but you have to found it.
