I get so many unwanted thoughts also called obsessive or intrusive thoughts ..which planet if malefic in one's natal chart is responsible for intrusive thoughts ?How to cure 1000%

Hello I have been in Satanism for about 9 months. When I came to Satanism I was unable to make any advancement at all aside from yoga and bad meditation. I had an inability to focus and rapid intrusive thoughts. I counldn't even do void mediation at all becuase I couldn't remove thoughts from my mind period.
I found this comes from three problems
- an inability to concentrate/ focus
- intrusive thoughts
- low will power

I am not an astrology expert, but for me intrusive thoughts are caused from aspects to my natal mercury.

If you just remove the intrusive thoughts then you might still not be able to meditate properly. Your mind will be trained to go from one idea to the next and you can't concentrate.
I am currently doing two workings that have helped me out tremendously.

-SATANAS - 6x
Vibrate ISA - 88x
Note: I do 88 because I can't fit in 99 on my break at work. 9 is a number of endings which brings an end to the intrusive thoughts. The reps are so high becuase I was litteraly unable to focus my mind for more than 8 seconds it was that bad.
Affirmation - This energy is preventing any and all intrusive thoughts from entering my mind, in the most positive way for me. - 9x

Aum - once after all affirmations

SATANAS - 6x
Vibrate Nauthiz - 40x
Affirmation - This energy is permanently increasing my ability to concentrate, in the most positive way for me. - 8x

Aum - once after all affirmations

Also, if I don't have an aura of protection up from a working more intrusive thoughts will come. Enemy curses attack you where you are weak. If you do both workings consistently and you still can't focus at all get a stronger AOP.

I would also be doing void meditation and flame meditation in addition to this.

How long have you had these thoughts? Since very young or is this a recent development.
Do you find yourself nervous, anxious, or breathing too fast? You may have a mal-aspected Mercury or just an imbalance of too much air element.
I would recommend balancing exercises such as the alternate nostril breathing, slow and deep full breathing, or vibrating SATANAMA. Simply, focusing on your breathing while performing any of these exercises will also greatly ease any excessive thoughts.

The amount of reps or force you use can create backlash if you push too hard. This is based on what the individual will experience and can tolerate.

Any rune can cause damage when misapplied, so in some sense it is best to be optimistic. There is nothing inherently dangerous about Isa, but the energy itself is freezing so that is why positive affirmations should be used, as well as a normal routine of cleaning and protection.

On the positive side, it calms negative impulses. Similarly, Thurisaz can be very aggressive and damaging, but it can also stimulate healing and personal power.

If you do not feel comfortable with Isa, you can use another rune, like Berkano or perhaps Wunjo would be fine.

When judging intrusive thoughts, look at Mercury and your third house. Also look at planets which aspect Mercury or may be in the signs ruled by Mercury, like Gemini or Virgo, as this will influence one's thoughts. For example, Mars in Gemini can potentially cause fast and impulsive thinking, as would an aspect of Mercury to Mars.

Hey take it down to 44 reps if you feel like you can't handle it. The JOS website mentions that a rune must be a multiple of its number for a working. ISA is number 11 on the rune index. So, as long as it is a multiple of 11 it should be fine. If the energy is too much don't push yourself.
Listen to the other members over me if they give information that contradicts what I am doing. They have alot more experience than me and give better advice.

There are other choices as well, and overall we can also look at the rising energy via mantra as 'time spent doing' instead of purely from a numerological aspect. Looking at the numbers only tells us only that. It does not tell us how long of a breath one uses for mantra. There is a huge difference between 5-second, 10-second, and 20-second breaths.
