At this current time, Mercury is in Retrograde motion. Everyone should know what that means for communications. Not only that, but Jupiter is also in Aries.

I advise everyone to be aware of this for a while. I have noticed a sudden increase in combativeness among people interacting here. The enemy will most likely try to take advantage of these energies to induce infighting and disharmony. Mindfulness, hesitation before submitting comments, and general refrain are all really good ideas for right now. Jupiter in Aries will last until October for this year, but misunderstandings from Mercury Retrograde are going to create many opportunities for aggressive infighting to occur. Get through the next few weeks, and then it will just be getting used to the increase of aggressive energies.

Always remember who your real enemy is, and pump this energy into RTRs. Real men don't hurt their families, they hurt those who threaten their families. We are all family here.

Jupiter Aries also gives more motivation in Spiritual warfare or more of a military type outlook in spirituality so some people will do more with that or want to. The downside is people with it can be pushy. I have this placement it's not that bad so far as actual aggressiveness impulsiveness and over optimism is way more of an issue. Sometimes I get a little confused as to what Jupiter does exactly since it seems to take on the sign that it is in. I have settled on its expansive ability as its defining feature. Of course, this seems natural for its ruling signs. Not as much for Cancer, however.

Regardless, I believe the Jupiter in Aries square could be used similarly to a Mars square, but here is where I am confused on the exact difference. Perhaps Jupiter in Aries has additional mutable qualities.

Either way, I will try for improving all Aries-related things. This will be especially useful when the Sun and Mars squares are over. For example, using it for confidence or vitality, especially since I am putting all my Mars squares into productivity.

It doesn't have the sharp aggressiveness people feel when Mars is in Aries though or as much focus on Sexual energies as Mars would cause.

Corruption on a huge scale both forwards and backwards and exposing corruption some too. Meh not a huge fan of energies of Pluto in Capricorn or how this one is manifesting. I think earth will be better off when it leaves here.

Good thing it's transiting the tail-end of Capricorn then. Though that makes me wonder how it'll affect Aquarius. I'd imagine it will bring huge changes to freedoms and technology. (Still trying to understanding astrology...)

I think this is correct because the energy of Jupiter is always going to be "expansion", but the manner of that/the sign changes. So it is an expansion of Aries, not Aries itself. In practice, I couldn't tell someone how that differs, though. According to the Jupiter signs page, it seems like Jupiter does a good job at encapsulating the characteristics of the sign it is in.

Anyway, I can only try it and see for myself. Thanks for your input.

People do need to remember since this square is short. You don't want to overload your soul on fire element even more so with Mars in Aries (soon) if need be later invoke water for a few breaths to balance out if this happens.
