Hi again Debbie--by now you should have received my reply to the two questions you asked. I thought of another possibility that would address both of your questions: "Are you proficient in 'Void Meditation'?" If not, then that deficiency could explain your fatigue after meditating AND hinder your receptivity of communication from your Guardian. The purpose of "Void Meditation" has many benefits, but some people are not proficient in Void because it usually comes near the end of a meditation when time is short, or thoughts of the day's demands begin to creep in. In your situation, being able to successfully "Void" for anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes at a time=success! Some advanced practitioners are able to void fifteen minutes, but this is not revelent for our discussion. So, five minutes of uninterrupted Void could immensely help your fatigue because it "gently forces" you to focus on "nothingness;" thus, sharpening your ability to focus! Another benefit
of "Void Meditation" is by correctly mastering this technique enables your mind to deflect any unwanted distractions (either from within or from outside--not to mention when you want to ignore the jerk on the bus for example!). Lastly, a huge advantage to mastering Void is while one is "Voiding," (on nothingness), this is an opportune time for your Guardian to telepathically communicate with you more easily (because your not being bombarded with the mundane idiocy of the world's concerns! Oftentimes, our Guardian is sending us messages but we fail to notice the slightest subtleties because we're not aware of the sanctuary of "nothingness," if that makes any sense! By training one's mind in this technique, even the slightest signs (visually, acoustically, & telepathically) will be picked up if you're open & expectant I might add! (Void Meditation can be found on the meditation page--first column.) This, with what I submitted earlier this evening should
help or in the least may shed new light on what you may already know. One last thing about "Voiding," it does not have to be done right after a meditation--it may be performed at any time of the day when you're not rushed--consistency & quality are what matters! All the best to you Debbie!!! friend jene.
