Hey, I'm hearing a lot about this power meditation, and how important it is for just about anything, but I never heard how to actually do it. I might have missed a link on the website or something, but for some reason I just never learned how to do it. Can anyone help me out?

There's an entire "meditations" section in the home page of the website, not sure how you missed it.

Okay okay, I'll guess I'll explain it because some other guy didn't understand that either. Power meditation is doing the meditations on the meditations section of the site, starting with opening your chakras, void meditation e.t.c. Doing a balanced meditation program with some of those exercises every day.

Well actually I'm currently new to Satanism.I am not new to meditation.Since 3 days I have been trying to do power meditation.However each time I do it after about 3 breaths my body starts trembling and mt muscles contract.I had too much energy and I had to stop.Any solutions please??

That's just showing that you're sensitive to energy. Which is not surprising, considering you're not new to meditation in general. Just stop when you feel like you need to. Never surpass any limit that your body might have. And do other meditations! It sounds like you're doing just fine.

Learn to do void meditation so you can control you reactions and as about the other post concerning limits, make sure that you reach the limit when you cannot retain the energy anymore and stop at that point, keeping this hightened feeling. Maybe you have some hyperactivity and I had the same thing, I couldn't stay still because I was overly excited about what I was doing. Stay strong and keep on it daily. You can have sex or something beforehand so you can ease your mind and body.

Its important to ensure you do your meditation on a daily basis. This protects us from misfortunes and diseases. From my own exprience,everytime of skipped my meditations,have had misfortunes. Thanx to Father Satan for His help and encouragement everytime have failed. NEVER SKIP YOUR MEDITATIONS cos its dangerous. HAIL SATAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
hi everyone. I have a small problem can anyone help plz...... I have bad sleep apnia and when I start relaxing to start my meditations I start getting drowsy and I find it hard to stay awake to complete the meditations fully and I feel I wont get the full effect when im falling asleep. please help

I would like to find out about power meditations etc. which is not dangerous for non Satanists, the reason I ask this my one friend is unfortunately christian and I am busy in showing him the truth and guiding him on the right path away from that christian filth religion.

Especially on protection and healing. I know on the JOS site there is a consideration to be taken by non Satanists.

I need advice if anyone can help...

As long as someone empowers themselves spiritually, then the enemy will try to attack that person. Doing an aura of protection (daily) and cleaning your aura and chakras is great but a Guardian Demon is necessary so that you won't be in any danger. At least, I see it that way...
Moreover, I know how it is to have christian friends, and believe me... they're not worth your time. :/If you can talk honestly to them (and CAN trust them 100%!!!) you could tell them about Spiritual Satanism... But if not (it is ideal to NOT take the chance/risk) you could just explain to them how to clean their aura and chakras. This is what I've done with most people I know (even relatives :p) and they see the result on their own. From then on, you can start talking about spirituality in general, how christianity tries to destroy spirituality and the like... Do not talk about Satan or Satanism if it can put you in any kind of trouble.
Do not give the solutions to your friend, if he can't accept the fact that this knowledge comes from Satan... Imagine that you're actually giving information that was given to us by our Father and the Gods, to someone who hates them... Who considers them "evil" and all that crap.
Don't waste your time/energy and even that valuable information on people like that. And hey, don't forget that people (friends/lovers) have links/connections to each other, and your christian friend probably has connections with you (in your chakras/aura)... It's ideal to break those connections so that you could be more healthy (spiritually) and they won't suck your energy in any way like that.

in all honesty he might be a enemy if he is resistant to jos you might have to not be his friend unless he is ok what what you are doing then fine but he might become a danger to you  i am a newbie myself but it could be serious not to scare you just watch him or her but if he is thinking about and he is trusted then show him our way and exposing christianity but pray to satan for guidance good luck hope this helped oh and power meditation is dangerous to those without he must be dedicated to satan then start pm

How to vibrate rtr correctly?
Inhale deeply,when exhale vibrate one of the word slowly and comfortablely?
It hard to do vibration and chanting meditation for me because i can hear my neighbor just beside my room..
