power meditation question

I was wondering about power meditation, i tried
The basic kundalini routine available in the files
Section.
Its the first time ive ever done it but i went for the
Full repetitions not the beginners.

Im a bit of a skeptic ussually but i must admit i
Did feel strange. The suggested rest period was
15 mins and for 15 mins i had to rest as the
Feeling was quite overpoweing. Not really good
Or bad but strong and made me need to rest.

What i was wondering however is that it took
Allmost an hour to do. I think even with
Practice this would only go down to 45 mins at
Best. If it needs to be done every day then thats
Quite a commitment(and probably impossible
For me). Also i noticed that its only one of 3
Suggested routines.

I am not dedicated yet or anything as im still
Researching and learning. If however i wanted
To become a satanist i would probably not be
A big magic user. Would it really be necessary
To put in this much time every day not including
Rituals.

People become satanists for many reasons but
Using spells to change aspects of my life is not
Mine. I would like to learn and to better myself
But mainly i would like the truth behind our
Creation and to learn. Doing so may change my
Priorities with regard to magic use etc. But i
Would have to begin without such big time
Commitments.

Does anyone else know what i mean, im sure
You all started somewhwere any advice that
Might help?
