How to fully open the chakras
I have seen an article that meditation on the jos website will open the chakras but after while they will closed .

I cannot download the chronos program can you give a link to download

You have to meditate daily in order to keep them opened. Is like body-building, once you stop trainings, the muscle mass is gradually decreasing and you have to restart the trainings in order to get back to that state. I never used Chronos so I can't give you a link really but you can also use the SS calendar which gives you real-time positions of the moon.
