Hi,

I think it could be useful to other people here, such as for countries where an always on internet access is still a luxury.
I put the updated 40 days program and all the embedded files in a zip file.

So, even if you don't have an always on internet connection, you have all the data needed without needing to connect to the website,
with screenshots of the links. I also added screenshots of the chakra links, because it's needed for chakra spinning.
