Hello there, all of you. While I do not commit to any one spirituality, I am a student of many and believe that each and every one has something positive to be taken away from it. Recently I have been researching Spiritual Satanism, and I have to tell you that I'm intrigued by what I'm finding.
One of the most pleasing aspects of learning about different spiritualities is spending long nights in my study poring over ancient tomes of rare knowledge - the internet is a fantastic resource, but with the opening of an old dusty book, perhaps left untouched for years or decades, comes a certain satisfaction that staring glassy-eyed into the harsh light of a computer monitor cannot provide.
Naturally, upon learning of the Qu'ret al-Yezid, I immediately began searching for a printed version, preferably from a time close to that of the scribing of the original. I became frustrated when I saw that not only were there no mentions of the origin of the Qu'ret al-Yezid, there is not a single printed edition available.
I found it odd that a text so important to Satanism would only be available in cyberspace, especially such an old one.
Can someone please tell me of the origins of the text - when it was written, who wrote it (it came from the mouth of Satan yes, but who recorded it?) and where the original or at least some of the oldest reproductions can be found?
Thank you in advance.
