Need Some Help With Runes

Does anybody know a good website to learn how to read runes and how to use them? I searched it on google but all that came up were wicca sites and some sites on telling the future with rune readings.

There was one I used all the time, galdrnet or something, but for the past week it keeps showing an error message, saying I am not allowed to access it. Is this happening to anybody else? And does anyone else know of another site?

I posted Edred Thorsson's Teutonic Magic book on scribd.
That's an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING resource.

Much of the Runes page is from that resource (though, there're a lot of mistakes).

Also, be sure to read the poems and vibrate Perthro a number of times before and after to understand the runes best.

I've been an intense rune scholar for some time.
