Ok I'm in powerlifting but want to be a body builder and this is my diet. Remember grill these or cook them with olive oil or coconut oil.chicken breast turkey or steak look for the leanest steak.in other words look for the one with the lowest white lines on it same for ground beef is says it on the label sometimes.i also eat nothing buy spinach or broccoli mostly spinach.spinach is good because it contains B vitamins and B vitamins helps digest foods. As for fuel theres two types theres the carbs and the good fats this is very important because eating carbs and not doing nothing with them will be stored as fat. If you eat carbs make sure you eat the. 20 to 30 minutes before your workout so they get used as carbs burn real fast.now if your anything like me usually u dont do anything after you eat and go sit on the computer or sleep for these people such as myself eat avocado or nuts these are good fats and burn way slower than carbs do.remember losing weight depends on your intensity the higher intensity and lower rest the more calories your going to burn.also people think losing weight means you starve yourself yes this is true BUT most people dont know the right way of doing this.this is called fasting so basically you eat very little then when YOU FEEL like your in dire need of energy overload on calories this is the cheat day because if you DONT it will start cutting muscle mass and you dont want that.now I'm not saying go out and eat fast foods and junk eat healthy but eat more of it.remember losing weight doesn't have to be boring and distasteful.Now salads everyone thinks they have to eat salads WRONG i rarely eat any salads i eat more meat than anything out i out handfuls of spinach with it avocado helps you be less hungry too as it burns slower. Now for you peanut butter lovers your really going to love this if your hungry and craving a snack get a peanut butter jar and eat it raw without anything this will calm the hunger for 1-2 hours remember we are all different this is just my diet. Now this isnt recommended but i dont eat any fruits vegetables is all i eat.i mean...... I can eat fruits but i dont like changing my diet so i rarely eat them but if its kiwi then im all for it lol thats the only exception. I've been following this diet and can say it works 100%.ive also been wanting to try out the mars squares for this but problem is i dont know how to use the squares and i dont exactly have the privacy to vibrate the chant and the squares is for building muscle btw i dont know if they are used for losing weight hopefully someone more experienced can answer that.
