I haven't tried it yet because i have to wait for few year until im out of puberty to try it and if you are not totally out of puberty then i recommend not performing that meditation.In facts , while I was meditating , I spined my serpent upside down and I saw a lot of changes through my body and it felt nice and clean. Preforming Magnum Opus is the whole point of turning the serpent upside down so when you are old with grey hair , old fashioned looks , changes through through your body won't happen. Grey hair truns back to black hair , your looks and you face , body , whatever won't change for a long time or im not sure if forever but you're on your way to reach GODS HEAD.
