magic for gaining weight

you mean like adding muscle? I too have an impossible time adding muscle quickly because I have a rapid metabolism and since the economy is fucked by jews I ration everything and don't get enough protein to speed up muscle growth.

Try Satan's Kabbalistic Mars square for material gain, as well as Runes (I use Thurisaz for physical strength along with an affirmation) and proper exercise, you'll also want to increase protein and saturated fat intake as well, basically just eating a lot more. I know the feeling of being too small or too skinny, but that feeling is what got me off of my ass and into the gym lol.Hope that helped, good luck to you!

I simply breathed in positive energy and programmed it something like this:

"I am breathing in positive whitegold energy that is making me gain weight in a positive way for me"

I did this for two weeks and then stopped, and after a while I noticed the results. This easy method definetely works, for sure. But it really depends upon your strenght and that you really must want this!

For gaining muscles and attain a more athletic body, I suggest the Mars Square with an affirmation that helps you to achieve this faster.

<td val[/IMG]I recamend you do a more strength oriented program. Bodybuilding can really fuck you up physically. Stronglifts 5x5 or something with plyometrics would be better for you. If you don't have a gym in your area I recamend this simple bodyweight program: 30 min run. Push ups to failure. Squats to failure. Sit-ups X 50 reps (start counting when it hurts) plank 2-3 minutes. Repeat for 3 more sets. 2-3 minute rest between sets. If you have a pull-up bar (which I highly recamend you get, you can find sample ones that fit in your doorway for under 20$) add pull-ups to failure. You can buy Dumbbells and a bunch for cheep, but I recamend you find a gym (even if it's a long way from you) try to find a MMA or Boxing gym as learning a martial art can be extremely useful for you. Don't go out and find a macdojo or some krav mega shit though.

yog has a good point. I personally recommend just buying dumbells, learning a martial art, running for endurance/cardio, yoga/stretching exercises for flexibility, power liftting routine for strength, and he's right fuck krav maga.
The jews own that and stole that and everything in it is shit they just stole from other martial arts.Mainly wrestling, grappling, muay thai, and other mixed martial arts.

If you want to learn a martial art, I suggest you study anatomy to learn all the vital points on the body to strike, learn muay thai or some variation of it so you learn to use your whole body as a weapon, fists, kicks, knees, elbows, learn a style of grappling like judo or wrestling, and train in whatever way you feel is needed.

This is what I have to say and my own experience. When I was very young, even after I had my first child, I was very thin. I can't speak for everyone, but in the majority of cases, people who are underweight do not eat enough. I know there are other factors as well, but they are in a much smaller percentage.

My advice is to eat out. Buffets are the best and you can stuff yourself, which I recommend that you do if you want to put on weight. I do know that restaurant food, given the large serving portions and I do know there is a difference from eating at home, will put weight on you. Once you reach your ideal weight, you need to keep up on eating large heavy meals regularly until your body adjusts and resets itels to the new weight. This could take a few months.

If you train in the gym with weights, it is imperative to eat very well- add calories and also a lot of protein. Lifting real heavy, 5 reps and under, with your sets tapering down to where you can only do 1 rep, will not only create more muscle-mass along with strength, but will also add bone. Your bones will get larger. This all takes time.

If you work out in the gym, you have to eat more as your body will need the extra calories and the nutrition to build muscle mass and also replace your energy. As for myself, I never weight trained when I was sore. For those of you, who like myself just had to be in the gym every single day, it is best to work on one body part, like chest and shoulders day, legs day, back day, abs and so on. Also, don’t forget to stretch. Stretching also aids in healing and is essential for people who work out.

When I was young, I was exceptionally strong for a woman. I accomplished this by eating properly and this meant a large number of calories and taking downtime in between workouts in order to heal completely.

After having 3 kids over the years, being underweight has no longer been a problem, as I needed to lose weight. I have found a good way to lose weight and eat less is to eat at home. Restaurant food is heavy and also higher in calories than eating at home. Also, when you eat at home, you have to cook for yourself and this takes time and energy and puts the breaks on over-eating.

<td val[/IMG]My coach is a UFC fighter and he said exactly the same thing, everything in krav mega was stolen . Yet they claim they invented it. Also there is no code of honor or anything like that in it, they literally teach that you should cheat to win any fight. Tipical jewish shit. Also if you look at krav mega "masters" they have a fucking gut and look like they could die of a heart attach any moment (hopefully some of them will) that's not even to mention how stupid some of the techniques are.

Your recommendation are great, really. Of course doing only the Mars Square in order to obtain a super-duper body makes no sense and does not work that way...

But do you have any idea how rewarding it actually is to do the Mars Square in order to achieve these results faster? In conjuction with the Mars Square and in accordance with a training program, the results will be great and priceless.

It takes what? 20 more or less minutes doing the vibrations of a Square that IS going to give you an excellent boost and results. Do that AND work out, continue to work out after you're done with the square and enjoy!

Thank you all guys!!! You know that feeling when even your girlfriend is bigger than you are... It's very fucking bad. So I will work hard to change this. I appreciate your advices thank you !!!

Hail Satan!!!
