Hey everyone, Mikki here...
I've been having some issues with hunger and appetite lately. Usually, I'm a very hearty eater. Food is amazing, lets just say, haha... But, for the past few weeks or so, I have not been feeling hungry. At all. And when ever I do feel a little hungry, I push it aside and the "hunger pains" go away. It's like I don't want to eat. I'm dropping weight very quickly; at least between five and ten pounds. I'd also like to add that. I AM NOT TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT. I am already skinny enough and this issue is making me even skinnier; my ribs are much more prominent now.
Anyway, I was wondering what I could do to gain some weight and push aside this... My parents are starting to worry about me as I barely eat anything. So what can I do? Affirm "gaining weight" perhaps? I'm kind of confused..
