Winter greetings! A little introduction through my craft...

In the spirit of Yule, I decided to give new life to all those little wax scraps left behind from old candles—the ones that never quite burn down to the end. I’ve been saving them in a jar for a while, waiting for the right moment to repurpose them.

Today, I melted them all together, letting the different colors blend into a warm, wintery mix. I used ready-made wicks and small glass jars I had kept from past purchases—simple, everyday materials transforming into something beautiful.

I added a few drops of candle scent, just enough to give them a subtle, cozy fragrance. Stirring slowly and calmly, I watched the color settle and the wax become smooth and uniform.

And so, from remnants that could have been thrown away, my first Yule tealights were born—tiny flames holding the joy of creation and the energy of the Winter Solstice.
