Can really recommend that DVD btw (Kundalini Yoga for Beginners & Beyond).
Went through it once yesterday and have been using it once a week the past 15 years or so.

I think this should say

I believe it would be more grammatically correct to say:
"where people are no longer interested in meeting or establishing"

I apologize if its intentionally written this way, since it occurs more than once.
I think it would be better to say:
"who are no longer interested in procreating"
