No, that's buddhist nonsense as usual. By meditation here we don't mean at all sitting passively and concentrating at an object. There are some passive ones for training your mind such as void meditation and visualization practice, but only for that reason. Once one has laser focus and can keep a mental image in mind doesn't need these. The main meditations here are active ones, about visualizing your chakras, activating and empowering them, invoking the elements, cleaning and empowering your aura e.t.c. many of them including vibration of Sanskrit mantras. That's why they are called power meditation. They are about unlocking our souls' powers, awakening the kundalini. The advanced ones can be more complex.
