Hello. Could you please tell me approximately when the first sensations and effects from meditation usually appear? I’d appreciate hearing about your experience. I often start and then quit simply because I feel nothing or almost nothing. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations or a lack of concentration. I usually meditate for 15 to 120 minutes, which is a comfortable duration for me. But I can’t manage to meditate consistently every day. I know a bit about the benefits and importance of the practice (spiritual growth, working with consciousness and its levels, physiological effects on the brain, improvements in things like creativity, memory, awareness, etc.).

It is an ongoing development of your senses, with some people haveing pre-existing sensitivities. Therefore, it can take time to feel more, but this does not mean nothing is happening. It is just tough now while you are in a beginner stage, but you have to keep pushing to get the results you want. Don't falter now before you have gotten over this hill, so to speak.

There may be some unrealism of expectations, such as if you are judging yourself based on the experiences of highly sensitive people. Someone with Moon and Mercury in Virgo will have a "dryer" experience than someone with Moon and Mercury in Pisces. However you can also try some things:

Ultimately, work on your third eye and 6th chakra more if you wish to increase your sensitivity. For example, spin and clean your third and 6th chakra before your meditation routine. Experiment with the lunar breath pranayama. Practice looking at one of your chakras and trying to see the colors.

You can also try chanting a mantra, such as Surya, then looking at that. Similarly, if you use that energy for cleaning or empowering, this would be easier to see than if you had less energy involved.

Lastly, you may feel more motivated to do yoga, because this can be completed with a clear sensation of having finished the exercise, but it will also stimulate your chakras and spiritual senses in a strong way. This would not directly replace your meditations, but it could be easier for you to maintain consistency through.

Usually when you least expect them. If you are doing the power meditations just to experience something extraordinary, it never comes because this expectation uses your left brain.

I often start and then quit simply because I feel nothing or almost nothing.
If you see it as a boring chore that you do just to get results then you're doing it wrong. It should be a fun, enjoyable activity that you do for its own sake, not for any expectation of extraordinary experiences. Make it as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and enjoy it.

Also, what kinds of meditations are you doing? Are you doing the 40 day power meditation program from the site, or other recommended power meditations like aura cleaning, energy work and chakra empowerment?

You should be doing the recommended power meditations from the website that are best for empowering your soul. Meditations from mainstream sources which are about focusing on your breath or robotically repeating a mantra or some other passive activity have very limited use in Zevism. They can be only used to quiet and concentrate your mind but don't help empower your soul. For this, chakra and energy work and more advanced visualizations are needed.

If you are only doing passive mainstream meditation for 15-20 minutes then stop it and start the 40 day program instead.
