Is it wrong to admit to SS to a partner to make them leave you?

Put her against the wall demand that she respect your faith or leave you is hundreds times better than let it aside and part for a more serious relation.
At all, I have learned that it is best to leave the person if she don't wants to be neutral (atheist or agnostic, I mean) or to join or side, as this kind of relation is very negative and take you to nowhere.

I am sorry if I come off disrespectful but at some point you are going to have to grow some balls and cut it off. Despite the fact that you do not like to hurt ones feelings, regardless; the longer you put it off the harder it will get and eventually she will end up getting hurt!
Do not put yourself out there like that. It could be detrimental! Just tell her that you need some space because you need to evaluate some things in your life right now and you are not really ready for anything serious. If that doesn't work, just tell her you two are not compatible and that it isn't going to work (in a letter).

Just leave her. If she's rude and your concerned about your public image, giving her ammo to use against you in the form of your faith is not wise. Wether you hurt her or not by leaving her should not be a reason to prevent you from attaining your own happiness. I recently left my partner two whom I have two children because I wasn't happy and though it was hard, the hardest thing I've ever had to do especially with kids, it has freed me significantly and made my life better, despite the pain of leaving my kids. Sometimes you just have to do what you have to do and the easy way is not always the right way, in fact usually if its something good you want to achieve, the hardest way is the only way to attain it.
