The element known as metal or earth refined if you will is an
extention of ones will. Chaos mages and alchemist know this all to
well as both try and do manipulate it. The effects of this are still
in the dark but I do know too much will make you stubborn. If you're
expecting a meditation then you'll be disapointed. This is the
