i need help on meditation

help i dont really know if im doing the meditations right. can someone

well im kinda new to this. im just 16 i did the dedication ritual now
what am i suspose to do? lol im sry i feel like a dork.

thing you should be focused with at the moment is building yourself a
solid foundation before training yourself in the more advanced parts
