I have a hard time raising my energies, I can not reach the summit of elevation to make my work more effective.
I have been very tired but this is since childhood although my blood tests never gave anything.
I absorb all the negative energy load of my family and the places I go, the people in my new family do not get sick anymore but I feel very tired (husband)

I've done the King and Queen meditation multiple of times. Although I had great results by combining my energies with it, it helps very little if one hasn't done consistent chakra work for an extended period of time. The chakras need an energy surge from my experience. We are all diffirent, but if one is new. Consistent chakra meditation along with aura of protection is what really gives results.
