How to roll R's + Additional Question?

Hello, so I have started an Aura Cleaning working using SURYA 8x in each Chakra from Crown to Base and 55 to into my aura for a total of 111 I was originally intending to start this working on the 6th but I thought I'd start it now in a more gradual sense.

But to get to the point, quite a few times during the working I found myself trying to roll the r's when vibrating SURYA but due to my lack of understanding on how it works it was never performed correctly so I just kept on continuing on without the rolled R's. I have searched the forums for answers on how to roll the r's but nothing came up in a way of offering help (I may have used wrong keywords) I have looked at videos in the past on how to roll the r's but none of these were even helpful and were more like rambling on about something not related to the topic.

Does anyone have a link to a video that is helpful in learning how to roll the R's?
And my Additional Question is this affirmation good for aura cleaning, I came up with it myself but I was wondering all of yous think of it?

Put your tongue on the roof of your mouth, between your two front teeth, and make a quick sort of R. I can't explain it any better than that.
