How to protect yourself from electrosmog? 5g 4g 3g sickness

It's frying my brain.
I bought a 20€ Schungit stone, it's too small to help and also too expensive for a bigger amount.
If i go hiking and sleep in a hammock in the nature, i'm able to sleep like a baby.
At home i need Pfizer sleeping pills, otherwise i would have a constant tinnitus that would prevent me from falling asleep.
I can literally hear the microwaves frying me! CONSTANTLY i can hear them, they only go away if i put headphones on and listen to something.
I often looked like a zombie and was accused of taking drugs, but the pills helped me finally.
Even though i'm against big nose/ kike pharma.
What else should i do? Sleep in the forest every night ?
A proper messure device for electrosmog costs about 600€.

Mental health issues and related trauma are very real and their destructive effects are clearly seen all around.

A fan helps a little bit in the summer but not much.
