How to inhibit pain?

Hello brothers,

Last year, I had to undergo a surgical operation that was painful. But I went through it.
But I recently learned that because of the incompetence of my surgeon (who apparently forgot a step in his operation), I will have to undergo the same operation again in two months.
I know it's going to be very painful again, I don't want to go through this one more time.

Are there any meditation/ritual/self-hypnosis techniques to minimize the feeling of pain ? I don't have the ambition, in just two months, to succeed in anesthetizing myself ex-nihilo, but I would still like to be able to feel a little less of this pain that is coming. I've been meditating every day for quite some time, so you won't have to explain everything to me from the beginning.

Thanks by advance for your help !

Perhaps vibrating Sananda would have a painkilling effect through distracting your mind away from the pain, it couldnt hurt to try at least.

Hopefully somebody else has better advice but I wanted to post this just in case nobody else came forward as at least its something.

Well, I just turned 69 today and I am living with chronic pain from cervical spine injuries in the military. I have good days and bad days. To cope, I use brainwave entrainment and meditations. You can find some really good ones on YouTube, just download them. CBD oil is useful to calm down. I use it, without the THC as I don't like the feel of being stoned. Most of my life I have had excellent health and was always hyper-physical. Now, nearing the end, that is going away. I have never had so many contacts with the medical field as I have over this past year, just everything. Doctors are hit or miss, good ones and bad ones. There is no excuse for having to redo a surgery, just an awful thing to happen. Concerning the brainwave entrainment thing: low Delta frequencies will turn off a certain amount of pain and anxiety. Search on YT. It really can help.
If you just need to talk, we are all here.

P.S. if you need help in selecting a meditation audio download, let me know.

Try using yin-based energies, such as Berkano or Gebo. Wunjo should work, too. Anything that is cooling or harmonizing should reduce inflammation in the body, in a healthy way, which correlates with pain reduction. Anything earth related also reduces perceptions of pain due to resistance, but that may not be as direct of a solution.

Doesn't need to be done as a 40 day working, although it won't be permanent, but you can use it in an immediate time frame.

Thanks for the tips :)
No, I don't need to talk particularly. On the moral field I am doing well.
And yes, I would like links to videos you recommend.
All my complicances for your endurance and courage.

Thank you a lot, I will try.

Thank you!😀 i will check it out. ☕❤️

This is a YouTube channel with several professionally made audio meditation tracks. For pain and anxiety try the Delta frequencies. For binaural tones you need to use headphones or ear buds. Just download the track to your phone and kick back.

I'll try tomorrow, thanks.

UPDATE :

@Rodulf : I've never tried binaural frequencies before. With my big speakers, the effect was clearly there! I will incorporate this in my meditation routine... even if a think for great goals like astral projection, absolute silence is still mandatory.

@Blitzkreig [JG] : It was my first time working seriously with runes. And I don't know if it was a placebo effect, but while vibrating I felt that the sounds coming out of my mouth were not insignificant.

So until my operation, I will vibrate Wunjo and affirmate to reduce my pain at the maximum, with appropriates audios in the background :)

Every time I have a problem, this community is a great help. Thanks to all of you <3

I've been trying these binaural and theta waves sounds lately, for now it's ok but we have to be very careful, most of the 95% are fake and filled with harmful information of the enemies, in reality we don't need such external things to be able to be able to achieve what you said, such as astral projection , that can be easily achieved without such videos and resources as that is our whole purpose, not to depend on external objects and sources and do everything with our own inner power and mind.

Yes, I try to select appropriate videos when litsening to frequencies. I think the main way to be safe is understanding what we do.

I don't know if it really works, and I never tried that. But I read a book that I judged valuable; the author is an hypnotist and psychologists. He said, by some examples of patients, he has been able to cancel pain with hypnosis, for people who underwent dentist's surgeries with no chemicals to reduce pain.

On the more practical side, I don't like to use medicines and I prefer herbal treatments. Devil's Claw supplements are good to reduce pain.
Medicine/drugs: one of the strongest anti-pain is Lyrica (Pregabalin) working even for nerve pain. If your doctor agrees to prescribe this, it hugely helps.

UPDATE :

I finally had my surgery. It was delayed multiple times for work-related reasons. I must say it always pleased me, because I was scared to live the pain again .
But at the end of the day, some trials can't be escaped.

So, during this year of waiting, what did I do to prepare ? With the help of your advices, @Rodulf @Blitzkreig [TG] @HadesWithin666 ; I made a meditation routine for anesthetize my left Hallux (the biggest toe), the part of my body that needed surgery. During all this time, I had to follow ritual schedules, follow the 40 days and 6 months meditation programs...
To be short, I didn't practiced this routine regularly at all. Only some periods of two weeks from time to time. But you know what ? It worked anyway ! My lack of discipline taken into account, the D-day, I wasn't expecting much. I was telling to myself "at least, it will weaken the pain a bit".
The results overcomed my expectations by far : When the surgeon pricked me with the anesthetic (the painful part of the operation), I didn't even said "ouch" while the last time I was swearing during several minutes.

Given the fact it worked perfectly, I want to share the routine with you. Of course, I am not arrogant enough to pretend I can lecture anybody :

1) Take a shower/complete a yoga routine/have an orgasm.
2) Close your eyes and get into a medium trance (paralyzed limbs)
3) Affirm 4 times (2 if you are used to the process) "I breathe in a dark energy that I send to my left hallux to numb it" and breathe deeply after each affirmation.
4) Open your eyes and vibrate the Wunjo rune 7 times.
5) Eyes closed, vibrate one last time Wunjo, printed in your eyes. Breathe deeply the black energy.
6) Touch your hallux to check if its texture changed. You can also push your finger in to see if you feel pain.
7) If you still feel your touch like anywhere else in your body, do again the steps 2 to 6.

In the operating theatre, I took out my phone, on which I had downloaded Wunjo beforehand. Yes, I had to tell the people around me that I was going to stare an image to have less pain. I didn't cared about looking ridiculous at this time.
I point out that I live in a secularized country. For obvious reasons, don't do the same if you live in a muslim country for example.

However, absolute beginners probably won't have the same result.
I performed the blood pact 2 years ago. And since, I meditate nearly every day (of course, I didn't practiced advanced techniques everyday, but at least I could spare ten minutes to do a chakra cleaning + aura of protection). I am far from being a master, but I clearly didn't dedicated yesterday.

To conclude, I want to say something to the skepticals, who hesitate to join us :
It fucking works. From a rational AND empirical perspective, our doctrines are solid.
WE ARE NOT LARPING. WE PRACTICE ACTUAL WITCHCRAFT.

Thanks brothers, Thanks ToZ.
Hail Zevs !
