how to deal with a Harasser?

This Harasser is harassing one of my families and affect my normal life.I want to send grey energy to punish him.But the question is I don’t know his name and his look.I only know there is such a person.Can it still be working?

He is really a fxxking psycho. Even in the day, he keeps harassing.I cannot leave the house for my own safety today.

At this moment, I really want to put him death to protect myself and live in the house safely. (Moving is not available for financial problems and I do not want to. Because he is the one to offend me trying to mess someones life, he shall be punished for what he’s done!).

But as I see in other post, it’s not wise for a newbie to use such black magic and not worth it as it needs quite devotion.

I really need your advice.sisters and brothers.

He is my mom’s ex boyfriend. And I live with my mom.He came to where we live at night, trying to forcing my mom to see him to stay in relationship with him again.He was drunk and kicked the door, which scared me. We have called the police and that is not enough to stop him.

You could also do a small working on your house or your mother, a protection one, to keep him (and other negative people) from coming there.
You could combine the meditation in the part about 'fighting back' with a rune, like Algiz, or Aum Suryae (sanskrit) but I think its also said that sanskrit shouldnt be combined with runes.
You could do a small runic working with low reps for protection. What matters here is focus and directing the energy. Be absolutely sure that what you affirm is going to happen as you say. <= that helps.

You could also do a binding spell on the guy, for now. (By the way, someone who's drugged up or has taken alcohol is more perceptive to recieve things on the astral, so it'd be easier to 'curse' him. Also when someone's sleeping its said that its easier to send something their way).
