Well one way to test it is to sit down and imagine urself climbing a ladder to the top of a building and then imagine urself falling off the building but make it feels real and then u should feel a deep feeling as if ur underwater. Sorry for writing so much it might be useless but anyways make sure that ur sitting straight up and if ur neck falls towards ur chest which it should once you go in a trance in that position that tells u dat ur in a trance.
