Well Miles, that was a bit odd for someone who claims to be English.

She mistook you for an Aussie, and you replied without knowing that as an Englishman, calling her Sheila. No Englishman call's a Woman "Sheila" unless its her name, its Australian "Slang" and certainly doesn't fit your intended profile.

Don't you just hate people who pretend to be something their not?

I know slangs both Brit n OZ, mate. Though I was discouraged early on from using them.
